Nicholas is a versatile performer of the classical vocal arts, but his passion for music has drawn him to the realm of music education. He is currently on faculty at Houghton College as an assistant professor of voice, Nazareth College as a lecturer of voice, and Finger Lakes Community College as an instructor of voice. His responsibilities include teaching voice to undergraduate and graduate students in performance, education, therapy, and business degrees in preparation for their senior recitals and for the music careers they will be entering after graduating. Outside of collegiate teaching, Nicholas has taught voice and guitar to students ranging from ages 9 - 80 at Dori's Music Studio in Spencerport, NY and privately in the Rochester area. While Nicholas is a regular performer of classical vocal music, he has experience performing and teaching all genres of music, including musical theatre, jazz, pop, rock, blues, and others.
